At Mystic Perfume, we want you to be completely enchanted by your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't perfectly match your aura, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume in its original box and use protective padding to ensure the delicate glass bottle remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
